Lebron James Crushed Jason Day's Wife

Lebron James absolutely crushed PGA champion golfer Jason Day's wife chasing down a loose ball on Thursday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Jason's wife, Ellie, was carried out and taken out of Quicken Loans Arena on a stretcher. She was taken to the MetroHealth Medical Center and was treated for her injuries after being ran over by NBA superstar Lebron James. I was never a big fan of Lebron and this really makes me hate him even more. Classic Lebron tried to act like a hero saying if she was pregnant he would have jumped over her. So this makes absolutely no sense and basically saying he would of done it over again. Lebron lated tweeted after the game his apologies but I wasn't buying it, and I'm sure Jason Day and his wife weren't so excited about this incident. Hebron said in his tweet,“Ellie Day I hope you’re doing okay! My apologies! Hope u guys come back to another game soon. Love LJ!” Pretty weak apology from Lebron but can't expect anything more from the guy. Im pretty sure Jason and Ellie day won't be coming back to see any Cavaliers games anytime soon. Lebron saying that he could of avoided the situation after it happen just makes him look like even more of a selfish guy, classic Bron Bron.

Iowa State Beat Writer Breaks Leg While Fans Storm Court

Things can always be worse, but this beat writer from Iowa State who broke his leg while Iowa State fans stormed the court after a win over their in state rivals Iowa after a late game comeback was pretty awful. Gotta feel for the poor guy. Who could ever imagine that a college basketball beat writer can break his leg on the job, pretty positive Randy Peterson (the Iowa State beat writer) didn't sign up for a broken leg when he took the job. Also, an extremely classless and pointless move by Iowa State storming the court after beating an unranked Iowa team 83-82 when they are ranked the number 4 team in the country. Doesn't really make any sense at all for a number 4 team in the country to have its fans storm the court like they accomplished something after beating a team, who they should have beat by 20, by 1. In addition, to just a stupid move to storm the court they broke one of their own beat writers legs in the process which gives Iowa State an even worse look. Feel real bad for the beat writer, but not for Iowa State and their fans. I will be sure to be rooting against Iowa State for the rest of the season, and feel better Randy Peterson.

Miracle in Motown

A shocking and miracle ending occurred in Detroit on Thursday night as they saw their beloved Lions lose on a last second hail mary heave from Rodgers to Rodgers. The Lions who led 20-0 at one point in the game, gave up 14 points in 1:38 and saw their lead slim down to 20-14 in the fourth quarter. Detroit than grew their lead as a field goal with around 6 minutes to play put them up two scores, 23-14. A late touchdown drive with 3 minutes to play in the fourth brought the Packers to some hope as they made it 23-21 and had all their timeouts remaining. Lions got a first down and that eliminated all the Packers timeouts as they needed one more first down and then could proceed to the victory formation. However, the drive stalled and Detroit just ran off as much time as they could as they punted it back to Green Bay with 30 seconds left to play. The Packers needed to go 80 yards in 30 seconds or at least half the field to get them into field goal range with no timeouts. It all but seemingly was over for the Packers as they only moved the ball about 10 yards and only had time for one more play with 6 seconds left. The Packers tried the ole hook and ladder on the last play and it appeared the game was over as Rodgers was tackled with no time left. However as Rodgers went to the ground the officials threw a flag and it was a personal foul 15 yard penalty for a facemask on the Lions. This provided one more play for the Packers and a chance to throw up a hail mary and hope someone comes down with it. Sure enough, Rodgers threw the ball 70 yards into the end zone and somehow, someway, his tight end Richard Rodgers came down with it in the end zone and the Packers all stormed the field to celebrate the improbable victory. As bad as the loss itself is for the Lions, the loss also crushes their playoff hopes and ended their 4 game winning streak and now they sit at 4-8 and in last place in the division. One of the most incredible endings you will ever see.
